Oh boy, have I got stuff to talk about and I hope it's better than last month!. Somebody said to me that I sounded like I was bored. Come on you guys, how can I be bored with this bunch!!

     Now to  news, I want to make a very special Thank you to Bea, she's really another Region's member but she stepped right up and helped Chuck out at the Membership booth and she helped out wherever she was needed and we needed her! Thank You,  Bea from all the members of Region 5, we love ya baby! And maybe if you got with our Membership Officer Chucky, he might be able to steal you away!! I think she's a member of Region 6, so they better look out cause  we'll take her!

      This is good time to Thank all of you that helped out at the Bike Time Camp ground and the product booth, and we can't forget the go-fors. It never fails when we go to put something together we find that we need things and somebody goes and gets it. This is nothing to  make light of and we appreciate your cooperation. In many cases the Go-For makes the day! But remember we wouldn't be this great Region if not for all of you, so we Thank all for you for everything and keep up the good work! And what about our Rabbitt  (Fred Sherman) and Fiz selling those tickets for the States raffle bike. Great job you guys, and we all hope they were having as much fun as it looked like!! All I know is that they were pretty hoarse when it was all said and done!! But great job and a big Thank You!.

     Congrats going out to our new member Carl Ackerman, he won the 50/50 at the meeting! Way to go new member show us how its done!

     RODEO,RODEO,RODEO!! Are you ready! The fliers are done and ready and out. You can contact any officer or one of the names on the flier to get some to pas out to your friends and family! It's time to get the info out, and you all can help. It;s time for us all to help and get the fliers and info out and make this the best Rodeo ever!! And don't forget to VOLUNTEER, the more volunteers there are the less everyone has to do and we all have fun! Hey who am I kidding, we are all about the fun. Like Big Worm says it;s all about doing your job and making it fun. That way everybody has FUN!!! We have membership, product, gate, security and kitchen crew, that needs help. I will have sign up sheets at the meeting or you can call me or any officer and we'll take the info for you and sign you up!! I always feel like this is our party, yea there's alot of the public there but it seems to me everywhere you look there's a member and I

love it. And we have a great time and remember what happens at Rodeo stays at Rodeo!!  Advance Rodeo tickets are available at Pat's Roadhouse and the Dog House Saloon in Muskegon... Advance tickets get you in on the HDTV drawing Saturday night! Advance tickets are $30.00 and it's $35.00 at the gate. Vendors are welcome to call Snake for info at 231-557-8422. The dates are Sept.9-11th,2011 and will be at the Lucky Lake Campground in Rothbury, Exit #136 off US31. Gates will open at noon Friday so come on out and lets party!!!

      A quick reminder there's the national Meeting of the Minds on Sept 22-25th in Romulus Michigan. So if you want to attend you should look into calling or making reservations now. This is where you learn and get the info on whats new and going on and all the Regions is there!  Just think about it, meeting of the minds! And on the 1st of October is our Annual Toy Run & Color Tour. Remember to bring your toys to donate and enjoy the ride and the beautiful colors that time of year. We always meet over by the Wal-Mart parking lot and Applebee's. This a great run and also one of our charity runs, so we have to work hard, round up some toys and donations and make the Holiday for some great kids.I tried to get times before print time and right now I think we meet about 11am out there but I'll try and get more info!

I just wanted to say thank you too Suzilla, Deb, Jules and everyone else that helped at the Bike Time campground. I opened a new business and I was not able to be there 24hrs a day as I usually do so they took over and made it happen. Did a great job guy's and gals!!!! Had a great campground this year and we plan on really having some fun next year so plan on being there. Later Snake
